DucCutters strives to ensure the accuracy of all information provided. However, DucCutters is not responsible for errors, omissions or misprints. All prices and manufacturers' specifications are subject to change without notice. Sales tax is applicable in Arizona. Customers are responsible for complying and paying any state or local sales tax in conjunction with their order from DucCutters Limited.

Promotional Codes
DucCutters may offer discounts periodically by the means of a "Promotion Code" that can be entered during the checkout process. All promotion code discounts are on "Subtotal" price only. Shipping and Tax are not discounted. Only one promotion code can be used per order. All promotion code's will have an expiration date.

Backorders
We will not accept backorders on most items. If I product isn't available when your order is placed you will be contacted with details.

Shipping
FREE Shipping on orders of $100.00 or more pre-tax (with a $7.95 flat rate shipping charge for orders under $100.00) on orders shipping within the United States. Products marked as "Special Offers" do not qualify for free shipping. We ship the cheapest way possible (SLOW POST, NO TRACKING) if you want faster shipping and/or tracking ask for that in "ORDER NOTES" on your invoice. Additonal shipping charges may apply.

Delivery
Delivery times vary by manufacturer, 48 hours to 5 business days. Exceptions may apply - see product description(s).

International Orders
Please note that additional duty, taxes and US customs charges may apply. These charges are not charged by DucCutters. For additional information please contact your local Customs Office. All oversee's orders are charged for the full shipping fee.

Payment
Please complete the contact information below. Once we confirm the avialablity of the products you have selected, you will be invoiced via PayPal (which will allow you to pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.). If there is any availability issues you will be contanted immediately. A PayPal account is not required for payment. Invoices will come from Possession Studios.

Return Policy
You may return any product within 30 days for a refund. Merchandise must be in new, saleable condition and in original packaging, unless defective. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless product is defective, and a restocking fee of 25% may be charged. Before returning product, request via phone, fax or eMail a Return Authorization number. Write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box for prompt credit. It is suggested that you insure the package for the value of the contents. Products marked as "Special Offers" have tighter restrictions due to their made to order manufacturing.

Defective Item Policy
All products sold by DucCutters are sold with the warranties of the manufacturer as such warranties are stated in the written materials of the manufacturer that are shipped with the product. DucCutters specifically disclaims any and all additional express or implied warranties, other than the replacement of defective items, which shall be the buyer's sole remedy against DucCutters.

Damaged Goods
Refuse Shipment - If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery you have the right to refuse the shipment.

Notification of Damage - If a package arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours. Please retain the original shipping cartons as examination by a carrier inspector may be necessary. For motor freight shipments notify the carrier immediately of the damage and then contact DucCutters.

Wrong Item Shipped - Please eMail or fax in your order confirmation for verification of accuracy. If the wrong item was shipped we will ship out the correct item with no shipping fees.

As described in detail below, any information we gather at this web site is strictly for our use and is not shared with any other entity, public or private, for any reason - period. We will not sell or give away any lists or other data that we may retain.

Statistical Data
Our servers (as most) track IP addresses and referring pages to help with site maintenance and improvements. This data is viewed only as anonymous statistics to show the busiest times of the day or week, pages with errors and how effective our advertising has been. This information is not used for any other purpose.

Personal Information Collected - Order Forms
With the exception of credit card info, we store the information from your order form to allow us to track consulting issues or refer to a previous order to help provide customer service. You may elect to have your information completely removed from this system by eMailing us at azbill@duccutters.com with your request. We do not store any type of credit card information.
